Every journal purchased from Letters To Journal Company is printed on demand. Once an order is placed, it enters a production queue where the journal is printed, bound, and quality‑checked before shipping. This process ensures each journal is created with care rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.
When your journal ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Production & Shipping Times
Production typically takes 10–14 business days, though seasonal volume and weather conditions can occasionally extend this window.
Once shipped, most journals arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Because each journal is made to order, delivery timelines can vary.
Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the number of journals in your order. Because each journal is printed on demand, shipping costs scale with weight. Our tiered system reflects real carrier pricing and helps keep shipping fair and predictable:
- 1 journal → $6
- 2–3 journals → $8
- 4–5 journals → $10
- 6–10 journals → $15
- 11–13 journals → $18
- 14–20 journals → $28
- 21–30 journals → $35
- 31–50 journals → $50

Bulk Shipping (51+ Journals)
For bulk orders of 51 journals or more, we provide customized shipping to ensure your books arrive safely, on time, and at the best possible rate. Because large shipments vary in weight, destination, and packaging needs, bulk shipping is calculated individually rather than through our standard checkout system.
How bulk shipping works
- Custom quote: Once you submit your bulk order request, we’ll prepare a tailored shipping estimate based on quantity, destination, and preferred delivery timeline.
- Consolidated packaging: Whenever possible, we combine shipments to reduce cost and minimize handling.
- Carrier options: We compare rates across major carriers to secure the most reliable and cost‑effective option for your order size.
- Tracking included: All bulk shipments include full tracking and delivery updates.
- Delivery timelines: Bulk orders typically ship within the same production window as standard orders, though very large quantities may require additional lead time. We’ll confirm your timeline before payment.
How to request a bulk shipping quote
If you’re ordering 51+ journals for your family, church, school, or organization, reach out to us at support@letterstojournal.com. We’ll respond with a detailed quote and next steps.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. However, many of our journals are also available on Amazon, and customers outside the U.S. often find it easier to order through their local Amazon marketplace.
If you’re located outside the United States, you may be able to purchase our journals directly through Amazon in your region.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your journal has shipped. Tracking updates may take time to appear while the carrier processes the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact support@letterstojournal.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
Because journals begin production shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to modify shipping addresses or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please double‑check your information before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. If you need assistance, contact support@letterstojournal.com.
