Every journal is printed on demand. Once you place an order, it enters a production queue where it is printed, bound, and quality‑checked before shipping. When your journal ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Yes. Orders of 51+ journals receive a custom shipping quote based on quantity, destination, and timeline.

If your journal arrives damaged or misprinted, we will replace it. Email support@letterstojournal.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the journal is unused and in new condition.

Because journals begin production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot modify shipping addresses or cancel orders once submitted.

If your package is marked delivered but missing, check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it is lost or significantly delayed, contact support@letterstojournal.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
